1. remove the content of DoPowerCheck() of housekp.cpp
File: C:\WINCE500\PUBLIC\WCESHELLFE\OAK\TASKMAN\housekp.cpp

Note: If you don't remove the content of DoPowerCheck(),
       it may cause the link error (_GetSystemPowerStatusEx)

2. Build taskman.lib
C:\WINCE500\PUBLIC\WCESHELLFE\OAK\TASKMAN> build

3. Sysgen taskman.exe
sysgen -p wceshellfe taskman

4. Add taskman.exe to platform.bib
; BIB settings
taskman.exe         $(_FLATRELEASEDIR)\taskman.exe          NK  SH

5. Add taskman.exe to platform.reg
; REG settings
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\init]
